We know that once you have chosen your perfect wall art, the last thing you want to do is pay additionally for shipping. Which is why we offer FREE standard shipping with tracking, Australia wide on all of our art prints and canvas. Please note for larger sized framed art and canvas we cannot deliver to PO boxes. 

Shipping to New Zealand

We are pleased to offer shipping to New Zealand for our unframed art prints. Enjoy a flat shipping fee of AUD $15 per order. Please note that at this time, we do not ship framed art prints or canvas prints to New Zealand.

USA, UK and Worldwide

International addresses incur a shipping fee which is calculated at checkout. We have partnered with DHL to ensure international transit is in reliable hands. Please note that we do not ship framed art prints or canvas prints overseas. 

Where do we ship from? 

We ship 5 days a week from Melbourne, Australia. Please note our facility is not open to the public. 

    How long until I receive my order?

    Production time:

    • All orders are custom printed and/or hand framed. Naturally, this can take anywhere between 3-5 business days
    • We use only the highest quality printing materials and processes to ensure your purchases withstand the test of time. 

    Transit Time:

    • Within Australia approximately 2-8 business days
    • Outside of Australia approximately 8-14 business days
    • All orders within Australia, to New Zealand and worldwide are fully trackable
    • All shipping times are a guide only. We have teamed with the best and most reputable transit companies. Any delays caused by third party delivery companies are outside of our control.
    • We recommend you track your orders with the tracking information provided to you via email once your wall art is dispatched. 
    •  Printcasso is not responsible for customs duties, fees or taxes incurred by third party delivery companies or customs on international orders as unfortunately these are out of our control. 

    Replacements/Damages

    In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged during the transit process, kindly email our customer care team within 7 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide your name, order number as well as pictures of:

    • Damage to the product
    • External damage on the packaging
