Before You Buy

  • Responsibility: It's essential that you, the buyer, confirm the suitability of any Printcasso product(s) for their intended location and wall, based on the detailed product information on our website. If unsure, please reach out to us at hello@printcasso.com before placing your order.
  • Colour Accuracy: While we strive for colour accuracy through professional printing and quality control, variations may occur due to the settings of your device. We cannot control variations due to the purchaser’s screens, mobile phone or any other viewing devices. We advise contacting Customer Care at hello@printcasso.com for any clarifications needed before ordering.
  • International Orders: Remember, duties and taxes for orders outside Australia fall on the recipient.

Initiating a Return

To request a return, please review the criteria below and contact us at returns@printcasso.com.

 

Artistic Characteristics:

  • Variations in artistic choices, such as focus, blurring, and textures, are intentional and not seen as defects.

 

Eligibility:

  • Returns for refund or exchange are accepted within 40 days for reasons like change of mind, incorrect size, or colour discrepancies. In the case of the returned item being of a higher value than the newly chosen item, the difference in price will be credited as a store credit. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of return.

 

Return Conditions:

Returned items must be in their original condition and returned securely in their original packaging. The buyer covers all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. We strongly urge you to use tracked shipping. Printcasso is not responsible for retuned items being lost or sustaining damage during the transit process.

 

How to Return:

  1. Notify us: Email returns@printcasso.com to start the return process.
  2. Include Details: Your full name and order number must accompany the return.
  3. Shipping: Return the item to the provided address. We strongly urge you to use tracked shipping. Printcasso is not responsible for retuned items being lost or sustaining damage during the transit process.

Cancellation Policy

Given the resources and effort involved in creating our products, please understand our need for the following cancellation fees:

  • Framed Art Prints & Canvas: A $35.00 fee applies if your order has been processed.
  • Unframed Art Prints: A $9.00 fee applies for cancellations at any stage of processing.

These fees cover service, administration, and environmental management costs. Refunds (minus any fees) are processed within 5-10 business days.

 

Replacements/Damages

  • Damages during transit: In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged during the transit process, kindly email our customer care team within 7 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide your name, order number as well as pictures of:
  • Damage to the product
  • External damage on the packaging

  • Damages after unpacking: Printcasso cannot be responsible for damages occurring after delivery or during installation. Please ensure you use appropriate safety measure when unpacking and hanging art to ensure the safety of your new piece.
  • Artistic Elements: It's crucial to distinguish between intentional artistic elements and actual damage. Artistic choices like focus range, blurring, and grain are not considered defects.
