Is shipping really free Australia-wide?
Yes. Standard shipping with tracking is free Australia-wide on all of our art prints and canvas - no minimum spend, no codes. One practical note: larger framed art and canvas cannot be delivered to PO boxes, so please use a street address for bigger pieces.
How long until I receive my order?
Every order is custom printed and/or hand framed for you, and production takes 3-5 business days. From there, transit within Australia is approximately 2-8 business days. We dispatch five days a week from Melbourne, and you will receive tracking details by email as soon as your wall art is on its way. Full details are on our shipping page.
Do your prints and canvases arrive ready to hang?
Yes - every canvas (stretched or floating frame) and every framed art print arrives ready to hang, straight out of the box. Unframed art prints are the one exception by design: they arrive ready for the frame of your choice.
Where is Printcasso art printed and framed?
All of our work is printed and hand-framed in Australia, and orders ship from Melbourne. Nothing is drop-shipped from overseas warehouses - your artwork is made here, for your order.
Who creates the artwork at Printcasso?
Every artwork in our range is an original design by our artist-founder, Australian artist Rimmy Gurm, and all of it is designed in Australia. One artist, one catalogue - which is why the pieces genuinely work together on a wall, and why you will not find the same designs scattered across other stores.
What is the difference between a canvas print and an art print?
A canvas print is printed on canvas and hand-stretched into a finished, glass-free piece with real depth, available in stretched and floating-frame styles. An art print is printed on quality art paper for crisp detail, and comes unframed or framed in oak, black or white. Pricing in AUD: unframed art prints from $55, framed art prints from $139, and canvas from $189.
What is a floating frame canvas?
A stretched canvas set inside a slim outer frame with a small deliberate gap between the canvas and the frame, so the artwork appears to float within its border. The shadow line in that gap gives floating-frame canvas its gallery-style finish. Like all our canvas, it is hand-framed in Australia and arrives ready to hang.
What frame colours do art prints come in?
Framed art prints come in oak, black or white. Oak suits timber-toned and neutral rooms, black adds crisp definition, and white blends softly into light walls. You can also order any print unframed if you prefer to frame it yourself.
What sizes do you offer, and how do I choose the right one?
Art prints start at A4 (21x29.7cm) and go up from there; canvas runs from 30x45cm to a statement-scale 122x162cm. Exact size options are listed on each product page. A quick rule for choosing: artwork looks best spanning roughly two-thirds of the furniture beneath it - and when torn between two sizes, take the larger. Our size guide has full details.
Do you ship to New Zealand or internationally?
Yes, for unframed art prints. New Zealand orders ship for a flat AUD $15 per order; USA, UK and other international destinations are calculated at checkout, with transit handled by our delivery partner DHL and taking approximately 8-14 business days. Framed art prints and canvas are not available for overseas delivery. Any customs duties or taxes on international orders are the recipient's responsibility.
What if my order arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event your piece is damaged in transit, email returns@printcasso.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your name, your order number, and photos of both the damage to the product and the external packaging. Our team will take it from there.
Can I return or exchange my wall art?
Yes - returns for store credit, exchanges and refunds are accepted within 40 days for reasons such as change of mind and incorrect size. Items must be in original condition and returned securely in their original packaging; return shipping is at the buyer's cost and we strongly recommend a tracked service. Store credit is valid for 12 months. To start a return, email returns@printcasso.com with your full name and order number - and see our refund policy for the full terms, including cancellation fees that apply once an order is in production ($35 for framed art and canvas, $9 for unframed prints).
